There are many variations on this classic cocktail this is our version.
Get a high ball glass and fill to the top with ice
Add 15ml Vodka, gin, tequila, white rum & triple sec (Cointreau optional for more orange flavour)
A splash of sugar syrup.
We use 25ml lemon infused Earl Grey for that slight tea taste (Squeeze a whole lemon into a cup of Early Grey, leave to chill)
Top up with coke & garnish with lemon.
Beer is cool now, very cool. Long gone are the days of it being seem as an old man’s drink. We have added to our bottle collection with Steven’s Point Pale Ale from the US & Maisel’s Weisse, a wheat beer from Germany. Both are cracking. Not forgetting London (the capital of craft beer) we now have Meantime Pale Ale on tap.
Get your glad rags on & get out of the house. Eurovision is on that’s enough to make anyone scrap the onesie for the glad rags & get out isn’t it?

Well we had one nice weekend and a few nice days dotted in but the weather is back to its miserable self. We can’t do anything about the weather but we can make your week better come have a meal and some drinks and forget summer its never going to happen.
