Originally from Shropshire, came to London in 2006 via Birmingham where I ran the Bar Room Bar knocking out cocktails & pizza! I’m into dining out anywhere that serves sticky toffee pudding, I don’t have a favourite band as such, I’m more into house music, tech house especially, as well as drum & bass. A definite plus to waiting on tables has been getting to serve Noel Gallagher, Matt Lucas, David Walliams, Barbara Windsor, Imelda Staunton & Steve Jones T4 (swoon!). What do I love about this place?
