Tonight’s seasonal drink,
That you’ll be dying to sink,
Is an effervescent prosecco,
With a dash of Sipsmiths sloe!
There once was a chef called Philip,
Who was incredibly quick,
On Sunday 1/2 a marathon he’ll run,
For Macmillan nurses & for fun,
Just don’t try to catch him cause he’ll give you the slip.
We will try to keep this up all day………
So what do we have here,
A £5 lunch, now that’s not dear.
Today we have to wow & please,
A baked aubergine with goat’s cheese.
Or breaded plaice with hand cut chips,
Including tartar sauce for a cheeky dip.
& for all you carnivores out there,
A beautifully braised chicken leg served with mash, that’s been cooked with love & care.
Today’s £3 Friday choices are meant to tempt. Try something new!
- Zubrowka vodka with apple juice
- Goose Island pale ale
- Tequila shot with orange and cinnamon.
