A West London boy Hugh has been the Manager of The Prince of Wales since it opened under Food & Fuel.  He has worked for the company since 2007 running a number of sites very successfully.  Before F&F he made a name for himself in Notting Hill running the Prince Bonaparte.  Hugh is a big QPR fan (ouch), loves to listen to Beirut and most of all loves his food & drink.
